Trader Ted: Truth or Myth?

Every so often we have questions about our view of the markets. It all started at the Savoy in London years ago. It ignited a real spark, a BIGshift, and a legend.

The calls started coming in once a month… seemingly just before something big was about to happen in the markets. He’d always start with “do you see it?” And, what he laid out would play out in the marketplace like clockwork.

Trader Ted; threads of his exuberant higher consciousness show up in his Lego Ferrari’s (a subtheme of the Racers range of sets produced by Lego from 2004 and discontinued in 2008).

The Lego Racers theme was based on the real Ferrari cars in varying scales and could be used to replicate the actual machines in quite intricate detail. With other Lego sets including the paraphernalia surrounding the F1 Ferrari team you could build up a very nice replica of a Grand Prix circuit.

The Trader Ted myth continues… The BIGshift Adventure Lego racing fantasy theme is a tribute to the legend.
