Prime-Line helps users discover ways to make informed trading and investment decisions. We do not give you hot "tips," or make "buy" or "sell" recommendations, or tell you what to do with your money. We help you to learn how to make investment and personal finance decisions for yourself.
You are responsible for your own investment decisions. We will not be responsible for any errors or omissions, or for any results obtained from the use of such information. We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a user's reliance on information obtained using any information or software provided. If you don't accept this responsibility for yourself, then you should not use Prime-Line's services.

This Agreement shall govern the conditions of disclosure to you the User of certain "Confidential Information" including but not limited to trade secrets and intellectual property relating to the "Trading Tool/ Method" named "Prime-Line/ ControlPoint. With regards to such confidential information, User agrees not to use the information therein except for own personal use. To safeguard the information against disclosure to others and not to disclose the information to others, without the express written permission of the author. That the secrecy obligations of User with respect to the information shall continue for an indefinite period of time. We will be entitled to obtain an injunction to prevent threatened or continued violation of this Agreement, but failure to enforce this Agreement will not be deemed a waiver of this Agreement.
Digital products are one-computer ID license. IP address usage of digital products are checked and if more than one-computer IP access is detected we reserve the right to terminate all licenses immediately without notice or liability. You agree to indemnify us against all claims or liabilities which relate to your use of any documentation, software, data, information, or any material or service provided. Due to confidential information disclosed there are no refunds.
Reproduction or rebroadcast of any portion of this information is strictly prohibited without written permission. The information contained herein is gathered from sources we believe reliable but cannot be guaranteed. Opinions expressed are subject to change without notice. All profits and losses are calculated without taking into consideration transaction costs such as commissions and exchange fees. Finally, DO NOT USE ALIGNIFY MIND STEREO WHILE DRIVING OR OPERATING MACHINERY.
Although ALIGNIFY and its affiliated products contribute to wellness, they are not intended as a replacement for medical or psychological treatment. No medical claims are intended express or implied. Despite the fact that all entrainment statements are accompanied by research and references, no statements made in the application or related documentation have not been evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
The buyer/user of the ALIGNIFY Mind Stereo application assumes all risks in using the application, waving any and all claims whatsoever against us or partner/ affiliates for any and all mental or physical injuries. This includes all self-created suggestions for mood altering, brain wave states altering, and for self-improvement or motivation. The buyer/user also agrees to assume liabilities when other persons have access to the application and/or anything it produces, whether for commercial or private use.
In no case shall we or other distributors of the ALIGNIFY Mind Stereo application be liable for chance, accidental, special, direct or indirect damages resulting from use, misuse or defect of its software, instructions or documentation.
