Cancel your Prime9 Pro subscription 

It is your responsibility to cancel your recurring subscription. Per Terms & Conditions, there are no refunds on automatically recurring subscription payments. Email or phone requests to cancel subscriptions cannot be processed. We strive to provide a service that educates you to increase your bottom line. If you need help utilizing Prime9 Pro please let us know - we're here to help. Should you want to cancel all future scheduled payments, follow the simple process described below.

If you paid by PayPal: you can cancel all future scheduled payments within PayPal. If you would like to cancel, log in to your PayPal account and go to the "History" subtab of the "My Account" tab. Choose "Subscriptions" from the pull-down "Show" menu and press the "Submit" button. Choose this subscription, and click on its "Status." You will be taken to a Transaction Details page from which you may cancel your subscription. Canceling your subscription will immediately stop all future scheduled payments for this subscription. If you cancel future payments while your subscription is active, the software will be deactived on the next sheduled payment date.
